Pelosi has a secret plan for Iraq!

"We have a plan, and he knows it,"

Today, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, speaking at an MLK-day breakfast back at her home base of San Francisco responded to remarks made yesterday by Vice President Dick Cheney. The VP told Fox News that "you cannot run a war by committee," and questioned whether or not the Democrats had a plan!

The speaker said "We have a plan, and he knows it,"

Hold the phone Ace! you mean the democrats have a plan for Iraq they haven’t shared with the American people yet???

Is it a secret plan?

Does it involve winning?

Is the term U.S. Victory anywhere in that plan???

I think not! This is a classic liberal tactic ripped right from the environmentally-friendly-recycled-hemp-playbook they all use! Remember the 2004 election Kerry used this tact in almost every debate “we have a plan” he said, then changed the subject as to not have to give any detail to this nonexistent plan.

It’s pure BS and we all know it! if the Democrats had a winning plan for Iraq they would be stumbling over themselves to find an open microphone securing their run for 2008!

Its pathetic imo, obviously she’s feeling the pressure of ascending to a position she’s clearly unqualified for!

She also had words for the President in the same speech saying, that Bush "should not abuse his power"

Pelosi warns Bush shouldn't 'abuse power' on troop escalation

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, returning to her hometown of San Francisco, strongly warned today that President Bush "should not abuse his power" with regard to troop escalation in the Iraq war and said it is the duty of Congress to "exercise oversight over his power.''

"If the president doesn't have a plan, Democrats will hold him accountable," Pelosi said in her first public appearance outside Washington since her election as speaker Jan. 4.

She also repeated this nonsense that has been such a popular meme for the left of late:

She said that in the last election, "the American people spoke out for change," and "nowhere was that voice more clear than in the war in Iraq.'' Today, "Democrats oppose the escalation of the war," she said to cheers. "Let me repeat that: Democrats oppose the escalation of the war.

Sorry Nancy but that’s not what the exit polling data showed. But keep selling that line to your true believers we’re not buying here!

But this is the best part, she said:

"We have said to the president ... we want you to have a plan, and this is what we suggest," said Pelosi, "a redeployment of our troops out of Iraq" to help "make the region more stable and make America safer.''

Translated means – We don’t like or except your plan Mr. President… We suggest you do what we want! Notice she uses redeployment which means pull out or surrender. And how in the hell will our leaving make the region and America safer??? That statement alone is where her incompetence and utter lack of understanding of the Iraq situation shines through!!!

We just simply cannot allow the leader of the House and of the Democratic Party to be so uniformed or at the very least misinformed!

She ended by saying:

"Our troops are being overused in Iraq,"

NO! Genius... our troops are actually being underused in Iraq, most are garrisoned inside the green zone with little patrols at all. But you’d know that if you read a friggin paper, or asked for a briefing instead of throwing yourself million dollar celebrations for being female!!!

Well by now you see the pattern of her thinking and I may have let my true feelings for this women slip through just a little bit, but its truly frustrating, and at times fascinating, the heights of Speaker Pelosi’s ignorance!
